There are plenty of hospitals in Thailand, but which ones have JCI International Accreditation and Certification and where are they located? A quick look at the infographic below shows that most of the internationally certified hospitals are centered around the capital Bangkok. There is one in the Northern city of Chiang Mai (Chiang Mai Ram Hospital) and one in the Southern beach resort of Phuket (Bangkok Hospital Phuket). The beach resort Pattaya has an internationally certified hospital too. The first to be certified, Bumrungrad International in 2002. The most recent, Nonthavej Hospital in June 2011. Many, including Vejthani Hospital and Chiang Mai Ram Hospital, also have dental clinics on site.
